Netchat provides business messaging, automation and related functionality according to the subscribed plan.

2. WhatsApp / Meta Services

Use of WhatsApp Business Platform is subject to Meta and WhatsApp policies, eligibility, template rules, messaging limits and applicable third-party charges.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for lawful use, required consent, credential security and applicable messaging/privacy requirements.

4. Subscription

Subscription fees cover Netchat platform access based on the selected plan. Third-party messaging or infrastructure charges may be separate.

5. Availability

Availability may depend on third-party platforms including Meta, WhatsApp, hosting, telecommunications and API providers.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the service for fraud, spam, unauthorized messaging, abusive content or unlawful data collection.
